TGFM (Or E...) FINAL

Not laying it on thick...Just going to round out the list of people I heard about and people I'm mad I didn't find out about sooner without explanation. Just a short description. Check the final 4 I knew and the final 4 I didn't.

Thurz

Former U.N.I. rapper Thurz is an LA rapper who was featured on Kendrick Lamar's O.D. This year he released a concept album LA Riot which received very good reviews. His range, story telling ability, fig. language usage and flow all put him well above the bar of average.

Thurz and Ro Blvd - Great Going Good

ScienZe
Here we have Brooklyn emcee ScienZe. When my cousin told me about him in late winter of this year, I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I know when I see ScienZe on a project, that project will be top quality. I've only heard Hall Pass from him, but I know he dropped a new project recently. He's an artist that delves into many facets of spoken word and hip hop performance/music.

ScienZe - Drama (Gepetto) - Hall Pass

Rapsody
Straight from NC, Rapsody is a member of hip hop group Kooley High and one of the staple emcees on 9th Wonder's JAMLA label. With variety in flows, utilization of cacophony, consonance, and assonance, and clever lines, Rapsody is an amazing artist. With more than two projects out now (Return of the B-Girl, Thank H.E.R. Now, & For Everything) Rapsody has a solid library of music to be explored. NC stand up!

Rapsody - A Crush Groove - For Everythingi

Fresh Daily
I just plugged his latest project yesterday, but I can't get enough of Fresh Daily. Solid lyricism, an "realness" makes him one impeccable artist. People always claim that "conscious" hip hop is dead in NY, but Fresh Daily and ScienZe maintain the spirit of hip hop that allows people to make the "conscious" label stick. With concepts that can be maintained through his albums/mixtapes, and unpretentious explorations of life, Fresh is the kind of artist we need in this new decade. This facet of hip hop needs to stay represented, and Fresh Daily is one of the people that can do it.

Fresh Daily - Untucked Nunchucks - The Gorgeous Killer in Crimes of Passion

People I didn't listen to soon enough...

Co$$

LA rapper Co$$ has really come out of nowhere for me. The first time I heard about him was when he released the song Angels Sing with J.Nolan and Thurz. Then I copped his new project Instrument of Emotion, listened to it on my flight back home to Miami. It definitely caught my attention. One of the highlights of my 2011 is being exposed to some great artists from LA (Kahlee of the Seed, Thurz, Kendrick Lamar, the rest of Black Hippie, Bambu...etc.) Looking forward to more releases from Co$$

Co$$ - Spaceman - Before I Woke

R.O.E.

First took a listen to R.O.E. on his DJ Booth Freestyle, but it wasn't until he got featured on KevinNottingham that I really stepped back and took a look at his whole philosophy as an artist/his approach to music. With a live band accompanying him on most of his recent releases, R.O.E. hopes to capture pure communication between crowd and performers in a way that a live band can really assist. The nicest thing is that he's a dope rapper as well. The future looks bright for R.O.E., hopefully we'll see more of him in 2012.

Phil Adé

Phil Adé is becoming a flag post in the independent hip hop scene, and sadly I didn't hear him rap until about three weeks ago on Toca Tuesdays. That freestyle was probably one of the best introductions to an artist that I've ever had, Adé destroyed the beat and just kept on spitting. I have yet to check out his projects, but I'm about fully committed to the idea that Phil Adé is a monster and shouldn't be slept on. Check him out, you won't be disappointed.

Phil Ade - Toca Tuesdays Freestyle

Termanology

Finally, the end of the wish I would've artists of 2011. I actually know nothing about Termanology except that he's a talented rapper. From the online only BET cypher, to 1982 (Termanology + Statik Selektah) I've only heard quality bars from him. I need to really get into more Termanology sounds. I can definitely see him as being a major player in 2012.

1982 (Termanology + Statik Selektah) - "82-92"  ft. Mac Miller

And that's all folks. Next time around I'll try to thoroughly digest each artist. With more posts and time I'm sure to be able to nail this thing. The most important thing is getting the music to any one who might not find it otherwise. Have a happy new year in two days. 2012 is going to be a hot year for hip hop. much love.

Projects You Might've Missed Final

Wow...these posts are actually flying by. For last part of PYMM for 2011, I bring to you some artists from areas that a lot of people wouldn't associate hip hop with (maybe). Don't believe me? How many rappers do you know from Indiana? (Freddie Gibbs...oh wait there ARE more!) But putting Indiana aside for now, let me get started with one of our non-continental states...

16. Fortilive - I Vs. I

Number sixteen on my list of twenty-five comes from hip hop group Fortilive which is made up of producer !llmind of New Jersey and rappers Slo-Mo and Mushmouf of Hawaii (Slo-Mo does some board work on this as well). The two emcees spit a mixture of hype hip hop, anti-police brutality/profiling, and some songs for the ladies. Honestly, as the first hawaiian rappers I've ever heard, they've set the bar really high. You can check out Fortilive's project on DJ Booth: http://www.djbooth.net/index/mixtapes/entry/fortilive-i/

Fortilive - Gimme - I Vs. I

17. CyHi the Prince - Royal Flush 2

The next project comes from G.O.O.D. Music artist and Atlanta native CyHi the Prince. Following last year's Royal Flush, CyHi's Royal Flush 2 furthers the Card based concepts he is known for with even greater depth. Royal Flush 2 is divided into four parts based on the four playing card suits (Spades, Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds) This project features fellow signee Big Sean, along with other southern artists Yelawolf, B.o.B. and 2Chainz (Tity Boi). Look for a mixture of conventional, electro, and pop beats featuring CyHi's blend of punchlines, analogies, and metaphors. Remember it's all G.O.O.D. :http://www.livemixtapes.com/mixtapes/13986/cyhi_the_prynce_royal_flush_2.html

Cyhi the Prince ft. Big Sean - Woopty Doo (prod. Kanye West & No I.D.)

18. Fresh Daily - The Quiet Life

Next up is Brooklyn emcee Fresh Daily's The Quiet Life. This project features a wide variety of producers, but maintains a remarkable cohesion: the majority of the beats maintaining a very smooth jazz sound. To keep it short, though Fresh Daily claims to be a quiet man, he is far from that. His flow and lyrical content reveal great depth and ability, with songs like "Next Time" and "Art Mirrors" displaying personal sides of the artist without whine or overlypreachish tendencies. This project is one for the year. Just relax and take a listen, you will enjoy it: http://freshdaily.bandcamp.com/album/the-quiet-life

Fresh Daily - The Quiet Life (prod. Theory Hazit) - The Quiet Life

19. Nesby Phips - The Lockout
So now we're dipping into the South again...Nesby Phips is a New Orleans rapper who released The Lockout (inspired by the shenanigans of both the NFL and NBA) Though I haven't thoroughly saturated myself with this project, I know that it's a very good one. Phips as an artist brings a lot of personality to each track and doesn't try to be mainstream; he is who he is. The whole project sounds like an interesting talk with Phips holding it down for the vast majority of the project. I can't say too much about this project, but form your own opinion. Phips is someone to at least take a listen to. I definitely like The Lockout, you should check it out: http://www.djbooth.net/index/mixtapes/entry/nesby-phips-the-lockout

Nesby Phips - Magic ft. Curren$y & Stalley - The Lockout

20. alpha.live - Soul CineMa

And here we go. Without further ado, the Indianian rapper (not Freddie Gibbs) is alpha.live who released his project Soul CineMa in the spring time. The majority of the project features moodier, but saturated  production and soundscapes. alpha.live's flow tones each and every track well. This is definitely a project to play when you just want to think. Soul CineMa brings a quiet energy that draws me to it now and again. Listen to alpha.live's Soul CineMa and get a glimpse of what else Indiana has to offer. You can get it at DJ Booth: http://www.djbooth.net/index/mixtapes/entry/alpha-live-soul-cinema/

alpha.live - Wait A Minute ft. Bashiri Asad

Hope you enjoy the sounds. And be prepared for more in-depth looks at various projects and artists once the new year begins. Have a great day tomorrow and a great night tonight.

Projects You Might've Missed Part 3

Back again with projects 11-15. The artists today vary in styles and locations and finally, I'm posting some projects from the Midwest. Let's get to it:

11. Voli - In the Meanwhile

New Jersey emcee and J. Cole affiliate Voli released this project In the Meanwhile a few months ago and definitely excited a few people. With a unique voice (in pitch...etc), lyrical ability, and interesting stories, Voli is just one of those emcees that should be more popular. This project isn't even "hard-core" hip hop with nothing but rapping on every track; In the Meanwhile shows Voli as someone who doesn't mind singing on a track, or tossing down more electro-hoppish sounds. It's pretty hard to explain really, but this mix tape is one to remember, you can get it at Voli's band camp: http://voli.bandcamp.com/album/in-the-meanwhile-the-showcase (Dream collaboration for the future...Voli ft. Kid CuDi...that would be interesting)

Voli ft. Omen and J.Cole - Pity (prod. Voli) - In the Meanwhile

12.  Skyzoo - The Great Debater

First. If you really missed this mix tape then...just go download it now. Ignore my description and click the link to download it: http://www.djbooth.net/index/mixtapes/entry/skyzoo-great-debater/
Exaggerating a little, but Skyzoo's The Great Debater is an extremely solid project. With production from some of my favorite producers (!llmind, 9th Wonder etc...) and the verbal saturation that defines Skyzoo's style, The Great Debater is a bold take on life, hip hop, and what it means to be a rapper/emcee. With only two features (Manhattan and King Mez) you can expect to be drowned in an ocean of metaphors that don't sound like metaphors and wordplay that it will take a couple of listens to process. If you like hip hop, take a listen. If you like puzzles, take a listen. As a modern day philosopher, Skyzoo brings the package. Check out the last song on the project:

Skyzoo - The Definitive Prayer - The Great Debater

13. Elzhi - Elmatic

Detroit emcee and former Slum Village member Elzhi is definitely not new to the hip hop world. Neither is Nas debut album Illmatic for that matter. Nor are freestyles/new songs rapped over the original ten instrumentals from that album.  Basically, what Elzhi did with his tribute album Elmatic isn't exactly original. But "quality" doesn't always follow the rules of "originality". With Will Sessions and his live band performing new renditions of the original beats, Elzhi just takes off. Though he is no Nas, Elzhi wasn't trying to be. With major props from many veterans and emcees, Elzhi put together a great tribute. Check out Elmatic on media fire: http://www.mediafire.com/?7n9gyjmj1pla7cn

Elzhi - Detroit State of Mind - Elmatic

14. J Nics - S.N.A.S. (Southern N*ggas Ain't Slow) The Tribute

I'm from Miami and anytime I can shout a rapper from my area then I get excited. J Nics, a rapper from the North Miami area is a guy with love for the South. On this project you'll find J Nics aka The Champion Rizzla, rapping over some of the most prominent beats in Southern Hip Hop history. You'll also get a piece of who J Nics really is. S.N.A.S. The Tribute is only the first part of a two part mix tape series, so look forward to the second part which will feature all original material from the Miami emcee. Until then check out the first part. You can get it here: http://www.djbooth.net/index/mixtapes/entry/j-nics-snas-the-tribute/

J Nics - Til' Death - S.N.A.S. The Tribute

15. Chip Tha Ripper - Gift Wraps

Final project of the day comes from Cleveland emcee and Kid CuDi collaborator Chip The Ripper. Featuring Chip's own brand of thoughtful lyrics like "Tryna maintain in this cold world is like heel turning on thin ice" and realistic humor "If your man's ain't up, it's probably cause you're broke or you're U.A.F.", Gift Wraps is a solid project. Produced almost entirely by Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids, Gift Wraps runs with a simple, yet effective, concept. Make a beat. Spit dope rhymes over it. Put it out. If you haven't taken the time to get to know Chip the Rip then consider this your opportunity. There's a little for everyone on this project. Get it here:Download Now

Projects You Might've Missed Part 2

Two days after Christmas and since I haven't gotten any heated comments about how the music I like is straight garbage (I doubt I'll ever hear that but you never know) I'm keeping this up until I get to number 25. Today's projects might be more familiar to some with two of the artists signed to major labels. A lot people might actually know every song on one of the projects by heart, but for the sake of those who never really took the chance to listen, I'm posting it here. So here we go, projects you might've missed numbers 6 through 10. Enjoy!

6. Big K.R.I.T. (King Remembered In Time) - Returnof4eva

It's only right to give props to Mississippi native and Def Jam artist Big K.R.I.T. 1) for letting the rest of the world know that lyricism is still alive in the south, (a lot of the new "lyrical" southern rappers don't rock with as heavy an accent as KRIT) 2) for working his way to where he is now while remaining humble, and 3) for following up KRIT Wuz Here with Returnof4eva which, if not better, is at least of the same quality as its predecessor. If you like lyricism, southern hip hop, soulful singing/rapping, and great production, you'll probably love this project. If you only like one of the aforementioned things, you'll probably love this project. If you're late to the party, don't worry, you can get Returnof4eva here: Download

Big K.R.I.T. - The Vent - Returnof4eva

7. Revolution of the Mind - Honor in Sin

With a name like Revolution of the Mind, you'd probably assume this Bay Area duo would be rapping about politics, how the masses are sheep, how we need to free our minds...etc. And if you made that assumption, you'd be 100% right. I want to label them as a west coast Jedi Mind Tricks...but they're a little different, so screw the labels. If you like to get a little political every now and then, Revolution of the Mind's Honor In Sin is definitely an enjoyable tape. You can get it here: Download

Revolution of the Mind - Die For My People

8. J. Nolan - Chaos Theory

What can I say about J. Nolan's Chaos Theory. Too much to put into words. This mix tape shows more sides to the artist that is J. Nolan. As he remarks in the introduction to the tape, "As you can tell by the artwork, it is a much more raw offering than all of my previous work. This feeling was derived from depression, in all honesty. The records that followed were pretty much my way of coping without snapping on anyone or doing something stupid that would jeopardize my future." As a person/rapper who thinks that genre labels can be limiting, Nolan definitely addresses things that every performer has to deal with in their career. On this tape he's got songs for the ladies, songs that tell stories, songs that analyze life, and just songs to kick back and listen to. You can download it for free on J.Nolan's band camp, or you can buy it for $3. It's up to you: http://jnolaniscool.bandcamp.com/album/chaos-theory

J.Nolan - Here to Stay - Chaos Theory

9. King Mez - The King's Khrysis

Next up is North Carolina spitter King Mez's The King's Khrysis (produced by Khrysis of the Away Team and the Soul Council (JAMLA)). To dote on Khrysis just a little, the beats are solid. More than solid, they're quite honestly dope as hell. Then Mez brings his own take on hip hop in NC and the world at large. With tracks like "Something Missing" and "Nightmare" it's obvious that King Mezatron has something to prove, and in my opinion he does. This is a short tape, only about six songs deep, but since only two of those six are features you really get to hear Mez tell all. Not to be outshined by veteran emcees Sean Boog or even Phonte, King Mez's The King's Khrysis is a project worth spending some time with. If you like witty fig. language and clean language (the only ****'s you'll see on this come from the guest artists and the use of the n-word) then you'll definitely find this project dope. You can snatch it up at DJ Booth: http://www.djbooth.net/index/mixtapes/entry/king-mez-kings-khrysis/

King Mez ft. Thee Tom Hardy & Sean Boog (of the Away Team) - From the South - The King's Khrysis

10. Wax - Eviction Notice

The last project of the day comes from Maryland native and Def Jam artist Wax and it's called Eviction Notice. After being signed by Def Jam based on the success of earlier releases Wax put out his first Def Jam project in spring Scrublife, and followed up with Eviction Notice to let people know that he isn't going to change a thing. This project features a lot of braggadocio, but with EOM and a host of other hilariously named (and extremely talented) producers holding it down on the boards, it's hard for Wax not to build himself up. Some of the emcees that join Wax on this project are frequent collaborators Dumbfoundead and Wax's twin brother Herbal-T. You can pick up Eviction Notice at DJ Booth.net: http://www.djbooth.net/index/mixtapes/entry/wax-eviction-notice/

Projects You Might've Missed...Part 1

Again: To end a year of dope music and great new artists, I'm gonna be showing love to some of the artists that most people might miss. For my PYMM posts I'll be posting short descriptions of some free projects (though some also accept donations) and the links on where to get them. Don't worry, I've listened to all of these projects and have given them a Grade-A rating. There'll definitely be a little bit of something for most hip hop enthusiasts. So without further ado, I present the first 5 Projects You Might've Missed (there will be many more before the New Year begins)

( Disclaimer: These are not ranked. They're numbered for sequencing purposes only. )

1. Asher Roth - Pabst and Jazz
The first project comes from Pennsylvanian rapper Asher Roth who most people probably recognize from the anthem "I Love College",  a song that had most people figuring Mr. Roth was a mainstream party rapper with little talent and skill. Not so. Pabst and Jazz puts Asher's laid back flow over some soft, relaxed, and jazzy production. Though this is only about a week old and I don't know the project front to back yet, I can say that Asher's proving his point. This "suburban" rapper can hold his own (Check Lupe's "I'm Beamin' Remix" if you don't believe me) and throws down with the likes of GLC, Thurz, Phil Adé, Casey Veggies, and Blu just to name a few. Take a listen to Pabst and Jazz, I doubt you'll be disappointed:   Asher Roth – Pabst & Jazz (Mixtape)

Asher Roth - & (Ampersand) from Pabst & Jazz

2. The Seed - The Seed LP
The second project is by The Seed, a California trio featuring Los Angeles rapper Kahlee and Vacaville rapper Uptown Swuite, two Pacific islanders, and their producer Adikt 1, who bring the heat. The big hit of this project is "Machine" which is the official intro song for MMA Welter Weight fighter and current CFC World Welter Weight champion Jesse Juarez. Another song off this project that resonated with me was "The Streets", bringing the two emcees over some great production (I love the use of horn samples). In the saturated West Coast underground, The Seed may not be the biggest stars, but they are definitely a group to check out. I mean how many polynesian rappers do you know? Get The Seed LP on DJ Booth. NET: THE SEED LP

The Seed - Machine from The SEED LP

3. Actual Proof - Still Hotter Than July
So I did kind of promise that some of the songs I posted earlier would have a return, and in the case of North Carolina duo Actual Proof, I really had no choice. Following their January release The Talented Tenth (The Malcolm X Experience and The Martin Luther King Jr. Experience), Actual Proof (Sundown and Enigma) brought out eighteen solid tracks in the heat of the summer. The two rappers relaxed, self described "chop chop" flow always comes correct and is extremely enjoyable. The project features other JAMLA (Producer 9th Wonder's label, for those who don't know) artists like Thee Tom Hardy and RapSody as well as Bay Area rapper Chuuwee and former Justus League member Median. In the cold winter weather, Still Hotter Than July will definitely be a comfort. Get it from DJ Booth. net: Actual Proof – Still Hotter Than July (Mixtape)

Actual Proof - Take it Back ft. Drique London

4. Logic - Young Sinatra
The fourth project of the day is Maryland emcee Logic's Young Sinatra, which features the young rapper going in on about twenty tracks. Songs like "Mixed Feelings" reveal that Logic can get present his personal struggles; in addition, to his more mainstream songs. I'd say give Logic a chance because believe it or not, he has BARS. His song "Juice" being one great example of this. You can get Logic's Young Sinatra on DatPiff.com: Click Here for Download

Logic - Beggin' ft. C Dot Castro

5. Chuuwee - Watching the Throne
The final project of the day is Sacramento (The Sac) emcee Chuuwee's Watching the Throne, a twenty song mixtape that came out in mid November. In the most un-arrogant way possible, Chuuwee declares that he's a King and breaks down what it means to be one on this tape. I don't have too much to say about this project only because it really speaks for itself. With Chuuwee's unique voice and a flow that is on par with most of the underground greats, Watching the Throne is a must-listen-to mixtape of 2011. Joining Chuuwee on this project are JAMLA's Sundown (of Actual Proof) and JAMLA/Duck Down Records/Former Justus League artists The Away Team (Sean Boog & Khrysis) and more. You can get Chuuwee's Watching the Throne at DJ Booth. net: Chuuwee – Watching the Throne (Album)

T.G.F.M (Or E....) Thank God For MC's (Emcees) Part 1

It's officially the day after Christmas. Christ was born (figuratively) and now a lot of children and grown folks are playing with their new toys. As a Christmas/New Year's present to anyone who cares to receive it check back everyday until New Year's Eve to see me talk a bit about two emcees. The first will be one that I've been keeping tabs on for a couple of months and the second will be someone I should've been keeping tabs on. Either way, I gotta Thank God For MC's.

TGF J. Nolan

The first artist for my Pre-New Year series is J. Nolan, a rapper from New Haven, Connecticut who is currently working out of Atlanta, GA. When I came across his mixtape The Loose Files on the blog site We Plug Good Music, I knew he was something special.

Honesty in hip hop is hard to come by and Nolan delivers this with a flow you'd expect from a more seasoned emcee. The twenty-two year old emcee confessed to having written and rapped upwards of 70 songs at his age and the way he handles every track I've heard him on proves that practice is a virtue.

People say that it takes 1000 hours of experience to become a master of a craft, and though Nolan still has room to grow, this is definitely a saying that he takes to heart. Constantly improving, consistently DOPE and consciously different, J. Nolan is one of my top emcees of 2011 and I'm looking forward to any projects he puts out in 2012 and beyond. This is one guy that you shouldn't be sleeping on. Check out some of his joints:

J. Nolan - Sharpen The Sword - Chaos Theory

J. Nolan - How It Feels - The Loose Files

Now that we've taken a look at an artist that I've been a fan of, let's take a look at someone that I've just recently come to like/listen to. A lot of people will hate me for sleeping on him but I can finally say:

TGF ASAP Rocky

I have to admit I just joined the ASAP wagon two weeks ago even though I've known who ASAP Rocky was for at least two months now. To be honest I wrote him off at first. I thought of him as "another overly cocky rapper" since I first read about him when he was talking about the huge deal he signed with Sony/RCA. Now...I'm definitely eating crow. When I sat down and actually listened to Rocky spit...my mind was blown.

Before ASAP Rocky when I thought of Harlem rappers I thought of Juelz Santana, Cam'ron and Jim Jones, all enjoyable artists, but none really bringing lyrical lava. With a monster flow, versatility, and stories to tell, ASAP Rocky is definitely the man. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see him as a 2012 XXL Freshmen. In my book he's up there with rappers like Kendrick Lamar and Big K.R.I.T. in terms of talent, versatility, and uniqueness. Look out for more ASAP Rocky in 2012 but in the meantime check out some joints:

ASAP Rocky - Peso - LiveLoveA$AP

David Banner ft. 2Chainz & ASAP Rocky - Yao Ming

This is the song that ended any doubts for me. ASAP Rocky's flow on this was insane. Definitely can see the influence of BTNH when he speeds it up, but he makes it his own. Let it be known, I vibe with ASAP Rocky.

Ending the old year with a new blog...

Already got the intro post down...but yeah here it is. Just a sort of first "real" blog post for my 0 followers. To end this year 2011, I'm going to be doing a super segment called "Projects You Might've Missed 2011", featuring the better mixtapes and FreEp's that have come out this year and that I've enjoyed. Also, going to be talking about 5 artists that I'm thankful to have come across this year (I'll admit that I'm late to some punches) and 5 that I didn't embrace until now. Look for all those to start on the 26th and to end on the 31st, right in time for the new year's champagne.

Today, simply 5 songs any hip hop fan should enjoy...they may or may not be represented on the lists to come:

Actual Proof ft. GQ - Light of Day

What can I say? I love JAMLA. Shit, there aren't many NC rappers I don't like. This song is just an IN for me. GQ goes in with the punches to round out a solid song. If you haven't heard it...take a listen.

Grynch - My Volvo

This one's actually a bit old from Grynch's Chemistry EP, but I really ride with it. Seattle representing on this one, check the weather in the vid. As a driver of a '07 RAV4 I relate to this and RapSody's Honda Accord music.

Pharoahe Monch ft. Jean Grae & Royce the 5'9 - Assassins

This song is such a jam. Three monsters ripping the track. The concept is nice and overall well executed. You get some ridiculous Monchian flow...I don't even know what else to say. Just check it out...NY and Detroit together on this one. If you haven't at least listened to W.A.R. (We Are Renegades) you definitely should, it has a little bit for everyone (except a club banger...but I doubt anyone was expecting that)

Laws ft. Emilio Rojas & Big K.R.I.T. - Hold You Down (Remix)

This also didn't come out this year, but I love this song. Take a quick listen and come back for more a bit later, all three of these guys have projects worth listening to, so check them out!

Co$$ ft. J. Nolan & Thurz - Angels Sing

Three of my favorite emcees (as of this year, great first impressions) on the same track (Co$$'s newest project includes it. It's also why he's also one of my favorites. Check it out) I never expect to see a J. Nolan feature, add Thurzday and life just gets good. Soft production, three solid verses. Enjoy!

That's about it for tonight. Check back over the next few days for some more Pre-New Year Hip Hop. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone. C tha G...out.

Re-tooling this Blog. Whattup!

Most people don't know this, but I'm a rapper. Not quite professional, but it's something I love doing and its something that I'm improving in every day. This blog won't be too much of me smelling my own sack though, it's more about posting Who's-Who, or the dope rappers I find that most people won't ever hear about otherwise. As I start putting things out I'll prob. post that too...but not too much about me. It's more about everyone else. Stay tuned.
